Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take the time off from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from her previous place of taking part in elite contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she had won four health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite having zero expectations. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train includes her lower back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as sitting rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to working out. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
