Adelaide Clemens
Born and brought up from Brisbane Australia. She is the daughter of a British father. Clemens first started her acting career on Australian TV in high school. She guest-starred in a 2006 episode on Blue Water High as Juliet and, in 2007, she appeared in the series for kids Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji as Alison. Clemens was Harper on the Showtime drama Love My Way that year and was nominated for a Graham Kennedy Award for Most Outstanding New Talent at the 2008 Logie Awards for the role. Clemens was a part of Sigrid and Xavier along with Samuel Linda Cropper Andrew McFarlane in 2008's MTV Networks Australia Dramatic Film Dream Life. In 2009 she was in small roles on All Saints as well as the movie X-Men Origins Wolverine. Then, in 2009, she became Jan Logan's face jewelry. Clemens moved to Los Angeles California. Clemens portrayed Xandrie in the 2010 movie Wasted on the Young. In 2012, Clemens was in Camilla Dickinson, alongside Gregg Sulkin, Cary Elwes and Samantha Mathis. The drama was an adaptation of the novel written in 1951 of the same title by young adult fiction author Madeleine L'Engle.She portrayed teenage Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The horror film was based on the survival horror video game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to the film Silent Hill.That year Clemens also played the lead role as the young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End an adaptation for television from the Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens was in the 2012 terror film,"No One Lives starring Luke Evans. The actress also starred on the set of The Great Gatsby (2013) the film that was inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald's book that has the same title. Catherine Wilson plays the older sibling to Myrtle Wilson portrayed by Isla Fisher. Clemens is Tawney Talbot who was the protagonist in Ray McKinnon's 2012 Sundance Channel TV miniseries Rectify. Natalie Dormer, Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto will join her in The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
