Katherine Jean Bolduan known by the title Kate Bolduan in her profession is a journalist of American of American origin. Her most well-known role is anchorwoman for CNN's morning program At This Hour. She was also the co-anchor of CNN's Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been part of CNN its award-winning coverage of the 2012 and 2016 presidential election. Bolduan has also been a congressional correspondent based at Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan's reports on the activities of Congress as well as events that occurred during her tenure as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiations to raise the limit on debt for the US and discussions by the super-committee. The work she has done for her general assignments included reporting on The Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the stimulus program by the government in 2009. She was hired by CNN Newsource as National Correspondent back in 2007.
